Once produced, your My M&M's® display your customised message on one side and the brand's distinctive "m" on the other. Your message is printed in dark grey letters, and the "m" in grey.
It is not possible to order genuine M&M's® without the "M"Colours My M&M's® work in colour pairs. Choose 2 colours from the selection available when placing your order. For example, if you choose red and white, a bag or box of My M&M's® will contain an assortment of red and white sweets. Run a simulation by clicking on the "Go" button on the My M&M's® website home page to test how your colours look. We make every effort to reproduce the rendering of your My M&M's® as closely as possible. However, variations may appear between the colours illustrated in the graphics palette and the actual colours of your My M&M's®.Message You can write up to 2 customised messages on your My M&M's® sweets. You have 2 lines of 8 characters for each message. You must enter at least one message. Your messages will appear alternately on each of the 2 colours selected. Each sweet will comprise a message side and a side marked with an "m".

We do not accept messages of a racist, violent, defamatory, pornographic, vulgar, etc. nature. You can also consult the Prices and benefits page.Ingredients My M&M's® uses the original Chocolate M&M's® recipe: sweets with a milk chocolate-filled centre coated in a fine layer of sugar.
Chocolat au lait (70%) enrobé de sucre fin et drageifié
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, lactose and milk proteins, cocoa butter, milk fat, vegetable fat, glucose syrup, starch, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, E445), colours (E100, E120, E132, E133, E150a, E150c, E150d, E153, E160a, E160e, E162, E163, E171, E172.), dextrin, glazing agents (carnauba wax, beeswax), vegetable oil, flavourings, salt. (May contain: peanut, hazelnut, almond). Milk chocolate contains milk solids 14% minimum .
Milk chocolate contains vegetable fats in addition to cocoa butter.
The safety of all the ingredients used in My M&M's® products has been established and these ingredients are used in accordance with the regulations in force. The ink used to print the logo and your messages is completely edible. It is a food ink consisting of ingredients that comply with all of our strictest purity and quality standards.Cultural and religious requirements At present, My M&M's® do not meet kosher or halal certification requirements.Allergens All of the ingredients that make up My M&M's® are listed on our packaging. The My M&M's® recipe does not include peanuts but the presence of other allergenic ingredients may sometimes be found in "trace" form.
My M&M's® are produced on a separate production line but in the same factory as Peanut M&M's®. For this reason, as a safety measure and because we are extremely attentive to the information provided to our consumers, the information "Traces: peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds" appears on the packaging.PreservationWe guarantee an optimal period of consumption of 31 weeks, and the best before date is always indicated on the packaging. Keep your My M&M's® at a room temperature, between 18°C and 22°C, and away from humidity, heat and direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate, and keep your products in their original packaging.
If you are storing your products, they should ideally be kept in the original packaging used for transportation.Choosing your messages Choose messages tailored to your events and/or your recipients.
Most keyboard characters are allowed, please ensure that the characters are legible: - Consider using capitals - Do not use too many punctuation marks - Space out your text - Abbreviations are allowed
However, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, My M&M's® reserves the right to refuse messages contrary to the ethics of our company and that may damage our brand image. Our Department checks the messages.
Any message that does not comply with the rules mentioned below, set out in full in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, may be refused.
* Refrain from using words or messages that are reprehensible, shocking or derogatory, insulting, vulgar, threatening, sexual or racist or any other message that would violate applicable laws.
* Please take care not to use brand names, the names of companies, products, or slogans identifying a brand and/or a company, celebrities, specific sports teams, major events, monuments, schools or institutions if you are not the proprietary owner or licensee.
* Avoid any message with a political connotation.
The printed My M&M'S® are designed for personal use. Any promotional use must be subject to our authorisation.Placing an order
You can place an order either by creating an account, or by providing your contact details when making your order.
You can access your account with your username and password by clicking on the My account link on the home page of the My M&M's website.
The order comprises several steps:

* Check and confirm your order
* Enter the payment details
* You are sent a confirmation e-mail for your order.
To place several orders, repeat the process from the order confirmation stage: at the bottom of the page, click on "Add other My M&M's®". Your first order is automatically saved in your basket.
At the end of your order, a registration e-mail summarising the details of your order (quantity, price, message, delivery date, billing and delivery address) is sent to you.Using a promotional code If you have a Promotional Code, enter it when confirming your order in the field provided for this purpose.
Please enter your Promotional Code correctly as it was sent to you, without including the asterisk. Also remember to check its expiry date.
Only one Promotional Code can be used at a time.Modifying my orderAn order can only be modified if it hasn't got into the manufacturing process.

Click on the link "My order". If your purchase status indicates, "being validated", you can still modify it by calling our Customer Relation Team. In "My orders", if your order status is "Being validated" or "Being prepared", it also means that can still modify the shipping address. When paying for your order, you choose your card type and are directed to our secure payment server. After completing the payment form, your order is validated and you receive a confirmation e-mail.Security of payments The My M&M's® website uses the latest technologies offered by Worldpay to ensure and guarantee the security of your payments. Payment takes place directly on Worldpay secure servers. All of your bank details are managed by Worldpay without passing through the My M&M's® website.TarifsDelivery date The delivery date is indicated on the My M&M's® website home page for any order placed the same day. On average, you will receive your parcel 10 working days after placing your order. The date indicated corresponds to the maximum delivery date. This date will be shown on your order confirmation.Delivery to a different addressWhen placing your order, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a different address to your billing address, by choosing the "I would like them to be delivered to another address" option at the bottom of the contact details page. International deliveries are handled by UPS.
We do not deliver abroad apart from to the above-mentioned destinations.Transport conditions Our commitment: to deliver and store your My M&M's® in optimal conditions. Your products are sent in protected packaging. Our packaging is refrigerated when required due to climate conditions, ice gel packs keep your products cool. Your products are also protected from thermal shocks caused by temperature variations during transportation.Shipping and delivery terms The Products will be delivered to the shipping address that you have indicated in your order. The shipping address does not have to be the same as your invoice address. No Products ordered on the Site www.mymms.co.uk will be shipped to an address outside of mainland UK.Tracking delivery of my parcel As soon as your parcel is shipped, we send you a confirmation e-mail with a Dispatch number and a link allowing you to track the delivery on the UPS website. You can access this information at any time on our website, by logging into your account, under the My orders heading, by clicking on the link attached to your parcel number.Order consisting of several parcels If your order consists of several parcels, our carrier will do everything in his power so that you receive your entire order in a single delivery. Should one of the parcels be missing, please contact our Customer Services Department, which will carry out a search and inform you of the redelivery date.Parcel sent but not received Refer to the shipment number received in the email confirming the dispatch of your parcel and log in to the UPS website to track your delivery. If you do not find the answer there, call our Customer Relations Department and quote your order number.Absent at time of delivery If you are absent upon delivery of your parcel, an attempted delivery notice will be placed in your letterbox. This notice will ask you to contact UPS to arrange a delivery time. If you do not arrange a delivery time, UPS will make two further attempts to deliver to your home.
At your express request to our Customer Relations Department, we can make a new delivery at our cost. However, we decline all responsibility with regard to any damage sustained by the products as a result of additional transport.No attempted delivery notice left If the delivery lead-time has expired and no attempted delivery notice has been placed in your letterbox, contact our Customer Relations department immediately by telephone, quoting your order number.Return conditions If, despite all the care taken with your order and its shipping, you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, contact our Customer Relations Department by telephone, quoting your order number.
No spontaneous and unjustified returns will be accepted without the agreement of My M&M's®. The return of products is subject to the approval of our Customer Relations Department who will send you a returns note.
According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in the event of any return, only products sent back in full, in their original packaging together with a returns note, will be accepted.
We will pay for the return shipment costs.
Accepted return requests give rise to the exchange of the damaged or non-compliant product, or compensation (discount, reduction voucher, full or partial refund).Product returnsAccording to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in the case of a return, only products sent back in full, in their original packaging and accompanied by a returns note, will be accepted.
To return your products:
- Contact our Customer Relations Department who will approve your request and send you a returns note by email
- Print the returns note
- Attach it to your parcel
- France: take your parcel to a post office or follow the instructions provided by our Customer Relations Department.
- Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Germany: follow the instructions provided by our Customer Relations Department, the carrier will collect the parcel from your address.
The return shipment costs will be paid by My M&M's®.Refunding conditions The right to a refund only applies insofar as the products are returned in full, in their original packaging, along with the return slip. My M&M's® reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a refund if the products returned do not comply with these conditions.
You will be refunded within 7 working days, with your bank account being recredited. You will receive a refund confirmation by e-mail. Interbank time frames may mean that the credit on your account may take several days to come into effect.Forgotten password Click on the My account heading at the top of the website page. Terms and conditions for the Express delivery service
Need your MyM&M's® the next day? Express delivery (up to 2 working days, depending on recipient's location) is now available for additional £8.
Express delivery is available under the following terms and conditions:
Delivery on next business day if:
- order finalised before 10am
- order is among the first 150 orders
- order is placed Mon-Thu (from october 1st-May 31st) or Mon-Wed (from June 1st-September 30th)
- You requested delivery in a place that can be reached within 24 hours.
If these terms and conditions are not met, delivery will be:
- Within max. 3 business days if order is placed Mon-Thu (from october 1st-May 31st) or Mon-Wed (from June 1st-September 30th)
This delivery method is not available for orders of several products (greeting cards are an exception to this condition) and a maximum quantity of products per per order must not be exceeded:
